RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As soon as you receive your shipment from Cartier USA, we recommend that you:
- Carefully inspect the jewelry for any physical defects or shipping damage
- Verify that you received the correct item you ordered
- Ensure all packaging, certificates, and accessories are included
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date to qualify for a replacement. When selecting ring sizes, bracelet sizes, or watch sizes, please make sure the size matches your actual measurements. Due to hygiene and security reasons, returns based on incorrect size selection may not be accepted. However, if you receive the wrong size due to our error, you may return the item for replacement.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for valid reasons, please follow the return instructions below.
Packaging Your Return
Returned items must be received within 15 days of delivery in their original condition. Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or used will not be accepted.
Please include your invoice or a note with the following details:
- Your full name
- Shipping address
- Order ID number
- Reason for return
All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, boxes, and tags must be included.
Once your returned item arrives and passes inspection confirming it is in original condition, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, insurance charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. For high-value jewelry items.
